Piano Recital

Peanut has been taking piano lessons for a little over a year and has been doing very well. He is an exceptionally talented young man and we are so proud of him. We often times have to ask him to stop practicing, especially when Peachy is sleeping. Peanut plays many songs by ear, and will sit down and figure out how to play almost any song he hears. We are working with him to actually learn the notes, which has been a small struggle, as he just wants to play what he wants. Peanut is in a "piano teams" group with 2 other boys and he LOVES going to piano every week. After the recital, Peanut's teacher came and spoke to us and told Ry that he thinksPeanut is "brilliant". We kinda got a laugh out of that becaus we know that Peanut is very very smart, but is often lacking in common sense.... he can't find his shoes when they are ON his feet!! Silly boy!!
