Happy Birthday to me!

I love music. Music has been a huge part of my life. I like to sing, I play piano and flute (at least I did 15 years ago!) and I am LOVING learning to play the guitar. I can appreciate most types of music, (although I am not generally a fan of rap). Anyway, I usually listen to alternative music, but I also really like country music. Last month for my birthday, Ry bought me tickets for Rascal Flatts!! The concert was last night, and I had a great time! Thanks Ry for enduring!
Jessica Simpson opened, and we caught a couple songs..... Check out those shoes!!! It looked she was having a really hard time walking in them, she kept stumbling........

There was a cute little girl that got her "Wish" from the Make a Wish Foundation, she got up on stage with the Guys, she looked nervous, but was darling! Did you know that Rascal Flatts uses local musicians from what ever state they are in for the band? The guy that played the fiddle is from Bountiful and he was AMAZING!! He even tapped out a bit of "Eruption" on his fiddle, THAT was cool!! It was a great concert, and I have an awesome Husband for taking me, even though he doesn't like Country music. Love ya Ry!!

Happy Birthday! Are you taking guitar lessons somewhere or teaching yourself? I have tried to learn the guitar a few times...but always give up and forget! I love the guitar but just haven't stuck with it long enough to get good. Let me know how it goes!

I miss my work friends...thanks for keeping in touch through blog land!

How Fun! I LOVE Rascal Flats! Yes this must sound pathetic but I have NEVER been to a live concert and I really thought it would be so fun... now I am convinced that it must be My next Birthday or mothers day presant! Oh and By the way I love the last post about the toys... seriously the boxes that the Christmas presants came in are always more fun than the actual toy !
