Impound anyone?

My old red car had to spend 2 nights in jail!!

Poor car. :(

About a year and a half ago, R and I gave this car (not this ACTUAL car, but one like it) to A and A in exchange for a car seat and several HUGE bags of baby girl clothes. Thanks guys!! One fine day not too long ago, this looker of a vehicle was cruising down the road without its seat belt engaged, or an insurance card in the glove box, said car was written up. Time passes and this cute red car was once again traveling down the road minding its own business when it was pulled over! There was still no insurance card in the glove box, so this poor little car had to be towed to the impound!! Poor red had to spend 2 cold nights all alone at the impound lot. As it turns out, this little car was still registered in R's name, so he got to go to the DMV and the impound lot to get the car bailed out, he had to be present because he was person the car was registered to. The lady at the DMV was bombarded with people regarding this car. Dad had the $$$, A was in charge of the new registration information, A's name was on the insurance, and R was the previous owner. Ruined the poor lady at the DMV's day!! Little red is now registered to its rightful owner, is insured and is finally free to cruise the roads legally! Now, if it can only remember to engage the seat belt!
